Overview

Jávy Ga̋ngy Ni̋ēkēä was founded in time immemorial, reportedly some time durring the early 8th century, by Cú̄s Erméchīy 'Blacksey Bite' Dā̌ Vú̄̄̄ Jóńchīy Joīsh Rār. The establishment of Jávy Ga̋ngy Ni̋ēkēä suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Jávy Ga̋ngy Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 8th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jávy Ga̋ngy Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature stone brick construction with most buildings posessing towers, turrets, dormers, and wide wrap-around porches. An extreem emphasis on decorative features and emblishments can be seen even on the poorest of homes and makes even the most humble of structures seem a bit regal.

Jávy Ga̋ngy Ni̋ēkēä is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of spacious paverstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The city has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the city is well defended against anything short of an army. Jávy Ga̋ngy Ni̋ēkēä's cost-cutting-focused defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

A look around Jávy Ga̋ngy Ni̋ēkēä is like a look into a broken heart. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need. It’s not malicious. Heads are hung. Eyes are empty. Something truly horrible happened here once upon a time and the city never healed.
